Asset Summary

In October 2020, Own Alabama acquired  ownership  in the Truist building, a class A 122,626 sf, office building.  The building is located in Birmingham's midtown office market between Mountain Brook and Homewood.

In December 2019 Own Alabama acquired  ownership in 2400 Fifth Avenue South. The historic redevelopment project, located in the highly sought after southside of Birmingham’s downtown, included converting the 40,000 sf two story former warehouse building into class A office.    The project was completed in 2021.

Own Alabama acquired the class A office property in November of 2016. This office property is exceptionally well located at 2701 1st Avenue south along the newly formed Rotary trail which connects downtown with Avondale.   It is also in close proximity to Pepper Place, one of the markets hottest areas for food and entertainment.

This office warehouse property located at 1805 Mc Cain Parkway, is well located and highly visible, located just off of I-65 in Pelham, Alabama a suburb of Birmingham.   The 14,104-square-foot office/warehouse situated on a 1.41-acre site.  The tenant is WEPA, a provider of printing kiosks on college campuses nationwide.

Own Alabama acquired the property in November 2016. This office warehouse property located at 1785 Mc Cain Parkway is well located and highly visible, located just off of I-65 in Pelham, Alabama a suburb of Birmingham.  It is situated adjacent to another Own Alabama asset, 1805 McCain Parkway.  The subject is a 7,800-square-foot office/warehouse building situated on a 1.26-acre site.   The multi-function industrial building also contains yard space.  The building is fully occupied by Southern Pipe and Supply.

Asset Summary

During 2017, Own Alabama acquired  ownership in the former "Birmingham Food terminal (now called “Finley Yards”). It consists of approximately 1,019,480 square feet of improvements situated on 70 acres.  Since purchase, the property has undergone extensive renovations.

Asset Summary

In October 2019, Own Alabama acquired ownership  in Tillman Park Apartments.  The class B multifamily property includes 152 units built in three phases in 1977-1978. It was renovated in 2014-2018.
