Our goal when we launched in 2018 was and still is simple:

Leverage our experience, relationships, and platform to acquire real estate within the State of Alabama–markets we know and understand well.

OWN Alabama has a one-of-a-kind commercial real estate acquisition strategy and structure.   Designed for the long term, its purpose is to acquire Alabama real estate and make Alabama better in the process.

Our Team

OWN Alabama was originally formed in 2018 by Andy Sink and John Thomas. Overall, our team has a combined 70+ years experience in the commercial real estate and commercial real estate lending industries.   This allows us to assess opportunities and close deals quickly.   We can also leverage the combined strength of a world-class real estate services firm, Colliers | Alabama, with offices in Birmingham and Huntsville to provide leasing and property management expertise–maximizing the value of our portfolio.
